Natural Cycle Calendars

A Natural Cycle Calendar is a visually pleasing, geometric representation of the beauty and balance of nature’s seasons. Moon cycles, solstices and equinoxes are the time tellers — instead of months. Relating to sacred geometry, and designed to resemble a kaleidoscope, the author sees humanity and all of life as the variations of colored light in continual movement that make up the Great Cosmic Kaleidoscope.

A variety of calendars are available: Full Moon Calendars with new and full moon dates specific to the current year, Women’s Journaling Calendars with space to draw in personal cycle data alongside cosmic events, Natural Cycle Calendars that are representational only (no specific year data), Medicine Wheel Calendars, that help to raise awareness of our connectivity to all other aspects of Creation, and Gardening by the Moon Calendars, based upon twelve moon cycles, and each day color-coded to denote the best times to plant.

Original calendars are hand-drawn, inked and water-colored, and much of the line work is freehanded. The imperfection of this method is considered more appropriate than a more technically correct computerized version.
